Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and authorized to use the selected payment method. All transactions are processed securely, and Happidee does not store any payment information.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your package using the carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking details within a reasonable time, please contact us at hello@happidee.com for assistance.
Shipping & Delivery
We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders; however, shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or carrier delays. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We offer the following shipping options:
Shipping within GTA: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days. We currently ship within GTA for orders over $50.
Shipping outside GTA: Delivery time will vary depending on location, carrier delays, and other circumstances. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

Delivery Issues
Happidee is not responsible for:
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Delays caused by natural disasters, weather, or courier issues.
Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping provider or reach out to our team for support.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless you receive a damaged or incorrect item. If this occurs, please contact us via email at hello@happidee.com within 24 hours of delivery, including photos of the product and packaging.
We will review your request and work toward a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, if applicable.
